What am I allowed and not allowed to do with the templates ?
You may:
- Build any website using the template in any way you like.
- Modify any part of it.
- You don't have to indicate the name of our website on yours.

You may not:
- Resell or redistribute templates (like we do).
- FLA flash template sources can't be sold in any case, not even for your clients.
- FLA flash template can't be used to create and sell templates as we do. :o)
- FLA flash template must be used by one webmaster and only one.
- FLA flash template can't be used by schools or major compagnies before contacting us.
- FLA flash template can't be sold, or given as free submission, if based on any content of FLA sources without contacting us first.

What do I receive when I order a template from Dynamicfactory.com?
For each template you will receive the fla source + the html page. Once your payment is validated by your bank, you will receive within 24H the codes allowing you to download your templates from a private interface.

In what formats are your templates available ?
You need at least flash MX to edit the FLA sources file. (www.Adobe.com)You don't need any specific software to modify content...

May I have some of your clients address ?
We don't give any informations about our custormers.Our clients don't have to indicate that they ordered a template at Dynamicfactory.com. Most of them want people to think that they did it themselves :o)

I have ordered a template and received my access codes but I still can't download it ?
Please be sure that you have entered the correct access codes. Please check if you don't have a protection on your computer that doesn't allow you to download files (EX: Norton utilities)

.Are your templates Microsoft FrontPage® compatible?
Most of templates come with HTML that is compatible with Adobe® GoLive®, Adobe Dreamweaver® and Microsoft Frontpage® or NOTEPAD.

Can I put thumbnails of templates on my website for my clients to choose designs?
Yes, of course.

Is it possible to use Dynamicfactory.com templates for developing websites for my customers?

Can I change the pictures on the flash animated website and put my own pictures instead?

Yes, the payment for your template is a one-time fee without any additional charges.

I would like to make payment by company check. Is that possible?
Sorry, no. We work only work with Paypal. We do not accept checks. With Paypal you may use your credit card without opening a Paypal account.

Is there any return policy in case I decide I don't like it after I've bought it?

All pictures are provided as example and need to be replaced by your own

ANTIFRAUD CHECK
Customer purchase can be suspended for manual antifraud check for 10-20 minutes as well as being suspended for a longer period (around 20 hours) for more serious investigation. Antifraud check occurs because of growing number of fraud transactions from persons who are not actual cardholders of the credit cards used during purchase. Our company reserves the right to change or modify current Terms with no prior notice.

ISSUYING OF INVOICE
Issuing of the invoice takes place on the day of shipment, unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
